Graduate Students

Kenny Thuleweit is a third-year Mathematics Ph.D. student, specializing in financial mathematics. He attended UCF for his undergraduate studies and obtained degrees in both Statistics and Math. This is his first year assisting the EXCEL program.

Eduardo Evans is a Mathematics PhD student here at UCF. He is working with Calculus I students this semester, leading a recitation session. He has done Calc 1 recitations before and is looking forward to helping you all this semester.

I am a fourth-year Ph.D. student in Mathematics at the University of Central Florida, specializing in Statistics/AI under the supervision of Dr. Marianna Pensky. I earned my bachelor’s degree in Applied Mathematics and Physics from the Moscow Institute of Physics and Mathematics. Matthew Kyle is a fourth-year student in the Mathematics PhD program. Although working with EXCEL for the first time, he has been a graduate teaching assistant in calculus and differential equations for years. His main research interests are graph theory, number theory, and bioinformatics.

Elijah Cadenhead obtained a B.S. in Mathematics at UF and M.S. at UCF. This will be his third year as a Ph.D. student and his first year in the EXCEL program. His research interests are deep learning and analysis. He was born and raised in Saint Augustine, Florida.
