The EXCEL program application is available from November to May 1st annually for summer/fall first time in college applicants. Transfer students can apply for each term with deadlines of May 1st (summer), August 1st (fall), and December 1st (spring). Space is limited, so we encourage students to apply as soon as possible. A decision on your application will not be made until you are admitted to the University.
