IBM is hosting our 2nd Annual learning experience, IBM Accelerate: Talent Identification Program, and I thought your members may be interested in participating in our program. Even if your members have secured an internship for the summer, this is a great opportunity and will support their professional development.
This is a program dedicated to undergraduates of all backgrounds, which will focus on networking with peers from across the U.S and IBM employees, coaching from industry experts, the fundamentals of working in the technology industry, and personal career development. While all undergraduate students are eligible for program participation, our curriculum was developed specifically for current university Sophomores.
Applicants will be able to rank the areas they are interested in participating in from the following tracks: Design, Marketing and Communications, Software Developer, Hardware Developer, Seller, and Client Services/Consulting. This unpaid learning program will run from June 6th, 2022 to August 1st, 2022 and is led by subject matter experts at IBM. All sessions will be delivered three-hours a week, virtually, in the evening.

On Wednesday, February 16th from 5pm-6:30pm EST , we will host a virtual program showcase to share program details and allow you to connect 1:1 with IBMers! This live event will feature words of advice from IBM’s Accelerate Program Manager, a candid panel discussion with prior IBM Accelerate participants, and an opportunity for you to network with IBMers from each track who are eager to help you grow professionally!
